·         Second reading.

·         A motion and second were made to give approval.  Motion passed.

Sustainability Committee Report

Presenter:  Briare

·         We had Marty Mitchell come in and assess our sustainability and how it compares to other colleges. When she was done, she produced a report on where we are and where we should be heading. If you would like to have a PDF sent to you from the Sustainability Committee, you can find the PDF document in the College Council folder dated 11/5/10 on the College Council website. The next sustainability meeting is scheduled for December 8th 3-4:15pm in M201. This is the 1st reading at College Council, the hope is that the 2nd reading will be approved and adopted as the college campus sustainability plan. Tamera will try and make a link to the PDF available from FYI

Association Reports:

ASG Report

·         On November 10th there will be a Veterans appreciation lunch from 11:30-1:30. All proceeds will go to the Veterans book fund. The prices will be $2.50-$3.50. If you are a vet you can get a free lunch.

·         Child textbook grants are due December 3rd by 5pm.

·         Giving tree applications are coming in.

·          

Classified Report

·         Classified are looking at ways to support the giving tree.

Part-Time Faculty Report

·         None.

Full-Time Faculty Report

·         None.

Exempt Report

·         Partnering with PT faculty, FT faculty sponsoring classified appreciation dessert on November 17th from 2-3:30pm in Gregory Forum.
